I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although cosy and warm, had a terrible air quality that made me uncomfortable, especially with asthma. The location was convenient for my visit to the messe exhibition, but not ideal for the city center. The dining was good, but the staff seemed indifferent. The service was friendly and helpful, although the focus on credit card authorization for minibar use was a bit off-putting.

The hotel rooms were large, modern, comfortable, and clean with an excellent shower, but I had an issue with a mistaken bar bill added to my room. The service was top-notch, with kind and friendly staff quick to respond to our complaints. The location was spot on, right across the elevator from a U-bahn stop for easy access to Altstadt and beyond, and there was plenty of parking available. The dining experience was very good with a wide variety of choices, but they were out of a few things on this occasion. Facilities were fantastic, especially the authentic dishes. Overall, a great stay despite a few hiccups.
